Registration and Tuition

A $75.00 non-refundable registration fee is required each year to register for Extended Daycare. The hourly tuition rate is $4.15 per hour with a ten-hour minimum per week, per child, based on a 5-day week. Parents/guardians are asked to submit a completed calendar the month prior to scheduling the days and hours that daycare is needed. Any time used past the contracted time is billed as Extra Time at the regular rate the following month.

All applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All forms must be completed and registration fees paid prior to admission to the program. At registration time, you will be required to:

• Submit a completed registration application for each child (that includes an application form, signed insurance form, and completed emergency card)
• A completed calendar will also be required for the anticipated month (September 2012 calendars will be available in August 2012)
• Pay the registration fee to reserve a space

If you are requesting an inter-district transfer, you may enroll your child pending school site assignment. If you do not get approved to attend our district, the registration fee will be refunded.

The Extended Daycare program is open year round; however, Extended Daycare is closed on holidays and may be closed on other designated days. The full day tuition rate is $35.00 (up to 11½ hours) for staff development, winter and spring break, and other similar non-school days (see your site supervisor for Extended Day's current Holiday sheet).
