Seniors,
The message below is information that only pertains to seniors who have applied to a four year college.
Cal State Universities- Some Cal States schools you have applied to have prompted you to log in to your own personal portal. This portal gives you updated information and will tell you whether or not they want your 7th semester transcript or any additional information that may be missing in your application. Seniors- you must be proactive and log in to this portal and check it frequently. Your 9 digit CW I.D. (campus wide identification code) has been given to you so you can access your portal.
Cal State Long Beach- CSULB has specifically advised applicants to frequently check their emails for updated information.
Admissions decisions will be made this week and letters will be received in the mail by the end of February. If you want to know your admission status, students can call (562) 985-2500 – report your campus I.D. number and you can receive your status.
Private/Independent Universities-
· If you applied online thru the common application your counselors will automatically send your 7th semester transcript via the common application online portal
· If you applied and did not use the common application process, check with the college to determine whether or not they require a 7th semester transcript. If they do, please contact the records office to have the transcript sent directly to the college. If there is a midyear report form that is also required, you must give your counselor the midyear report form to fill out and send along with your transcript.
$10 flat fee paid to the records office will cover all transcripts sent.
Reminder: Submission of your 8th semester (FINAL) transcript must be sent to the four year college you plan on attending. Reminder: You must contact the records office In June to send your final transcript to the university you plan on attending. This is NOT automatically sent. Please be mindful of deadlines!
