I am very pleased to be a part of the Weaver community and to be able to teach such an outstanding group of students.

Announcements
Fifth graders are fortunate to be a part of an upcoming "Biz World" here at Weaver. We desperately need morning volunteers for these days: Thursday, May 17, Tuesday, May 22,  Friday, May 25, and Tuesday, May 29. NOTE: These dates represent a change due to calendar conflicts.

Biz World is a four-morning classroom simulation which transforms classrooms into businesses.  Each session focuses on a different aspect of business: raising capital and design, manufacturing, marketing and finance. Students will learn how every business decision they make will ultimately affect their value as a company, and will use mathematics to make it all work.
