Academic Updates
Reading: We are on a round of Junior Great Books. The Junior Great Books Program employs a method of interpretive reading and student discussion (Shared Inquiry). Junior Great Books includes outstanding literature by award-winning authors. Our first selection will be by Langston Hughes.
Language Arts: Narrative #1 is due Monday, November 14th
Math: Chapter 3 Test this week.
Social Studies: California's Natives-Chapter 2 Test on Wednesday
Science: Electricity and Magnetism to start next week.

Please check your child's planner weekly and help them check to see if all homework is completed. They should place a check in the box next to the assignment. Organization is the key to their success right now.
BOOK ORDERS: cash/check due next Monday or order online by next Tuesday.
