Questions and Answers about Mrs. Good
Where did you go to school?
I went to Cal Poly Pomona. I graduated with a degree in Communications. After that, I received my teaching degree from Cal Poly, as well.
How long have you been teaching?
I started teaching in 1996. I have taught in Hacienda/La Puente and Los Alamitos. I have taught grades 1, 2, and 4. I've also always taught summer school.
What is your favorite sport?
I love tennis! It is so much fun. I usually play on Saturday mornings, and all different days and times in summer.
What is your favorite color?
That's a hard one! But, pink is my favorite color, with purple being a close runner up!
What is your favorite thing to do?
I love to travel! Each summer Stuart and I take a fun trip to an amazing location. Recently, I have been to St. Lucia and Jamaica. And this summer, we went to Playa del Carmen and the beautiful island of Cozumel. I can't wait for next summer!
Do you have any pets?
Yes! My pets are my babies! I have four adorable cats. Piggy, is my chubby baby and the sweetest cat in the world. She drools when she's happy and purring (which is most of the time!) Then, there is Patch, who is old and grumpy. Actually, he's a real softie inside. But he doesn't like strangers or men. And then, there is Boca Grande, yes, Big Mouth. He is about two years old. He is full of energy, always into mischief, and a trouble starter. But, he is so cute, you can never be mad at him. We added a fourth addition to the family this summer. We acquired a savannah/bengal mix! She is named Darjeeling, in honor of relatives (spotted leopard) in the Himalayas! She's spunky and sweet, with beautiful markings. Our cats provide so much joy and entertainment; they really are part of the family.
Are you married?
Yes, I got married on October 15, 2010. Stuart is my husband. We have a wonder life together. We enjoy traveling, watching our silly cats, home improvement projects, yummy dinners, and watching movies!
Do you have any brothers or sisters?
Yes, I have one sister. We are very close. We love to hang out together. We always went to the same schools, were in the same sorority, and shared lots of the same friends. She is two years and nine months older than me. I think we look similar, although, she doesn't have quite the curls that I do!
What is your favorite food?
Hmmm . . . another tough one. Probably, lasagna! Yum!
