    *ALL clubs must submit a copy of their constitution to the Activities Office BEFORE Join a Club week.

    All on-campus club fundraisers MUST be pre-approved.  This form, in addition to a scheduled meeting with the Activities Director, must take place AT LEAST 2 weeks before your club fundraising activity is to begin.  No exceptions.
