Care Solace

Los Alamitos Unified School District has partnered with Care Solace, which provides support for students and families. Care Solace is an online resource with a live 24/7 concierge line meant to assist individuals in finding local mental health-related programs and counseling services. Care Solace is now available for use by Los Alamitos students, staff, and families at no cost. Please note, this service is an optional resource available by choice and is not mandatory in any way.

If you are interested in seeking counseling-related services at this time, your school  psychologist can help initiate the referral to Care Solace.  It is helpful if you provide your preferred time to talk, preferred language and direct contact information.  The Care Solace team typically contact families within 20 minutes of a referral from the school.  Please expect a call from 888-515-0595.  You can also email weserve@caresolace.org to generate a direct contact with the concierge team.
