As the parent or guardian of a Los Alamitos Unified School District student, you play an important role in a much larger team of teachers, counselors, administrators and support staff all working together toward your child’s success in learning. Research has proven that students with involved parents earn higher grades, challenge themselves more, have better attendance, better social skills, and are more likely to go on to secondary education. We challenge you to ignite your student’s desire to learn by becoming their biggest advocate and by believing in their ability to achieve.
